Satisfaction comes from earned achievements… Such as both chilled and heated hot water upgrades for the 1970’s classic Education building carried out over the last 12 months. Kilometres of 50 year old steel pipe have been replaced with stainless and copper pipework clad in colourbond steel.
3 new Smardt chillers & 3 new modulex condensing boilers have ripped "the old flare pants" off this building and slipped into some new active wear.

In partnership with Air Con Serve, Layland Brothers Electrical, Macey’s Insulation and Westside Plumbing delivered a System solutions Engineering design to last DPTI for the next 30 years.
