At first glance, the M1 Stealth looks like a mysterious black box with mirrored glass reflecting the landscape around it. This clever design allows the home to almost disappear into its environment, creating a seamless connection between architecture and nature. Built on a twin-axle trailer, the Stealth measures 6 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width, making it easily towable without a foundation. Its compact 13.2-square-meter interior, roughly 142 square feet, offers everything needed for full-time living or extended off-grid stays. The structure uses SIP panels on a steel frame with no thermal bridges, ensuring durability and excellent insulation. Thermally treated pine cladding adds a natural touch, while solar film embedded in the panoramic window improves energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

Inside, the Stealth lives up to its premium status. The layout is linear, reminiscent of a compact container home, with the kitchen at the center, the bathroom at one end, and the bedroom at the other. Despite its small footprint, every inch is designed for comfort and functionality. The full-size queen bed is positioned facing the massive mirrored window, allowing occupants to wake up to breathtaking views of the outdoors. For nighttime, thick curtains ensure complete privacy and light control.

Catering to modern digital nomads, Svitanok included not one but two workstations, creating a dual home-office setup ideal for couples. These work areas also serve as dividers between the living and sleeping zones, doubling as a dining space and kitchen extension when needed. The kitchen itself is compact but impressive, offering a two-burner induction cooktop, an 80-liter fridge with freezer, a deep sink, and ample storage — a rarity in European tiny homes of this size.

The bathroom delivers “hotel-grade comfort” with a walk-in glass shower, a premium Geberit toilet, and a sleek vanity sink. All surfaces are finished in Forbo linoleum, ensuring durability and water resistance. Additional features include a Cooper&Hunter 1,500W electric convector heater, tempered glass windows, fire-resistant wiring, and optional inverter air conditioning for year-round comfort. For those seeking full energy independence, Svitanok also offers a fully off-grid upgrade package.

Built to be sustainable, the M1 Stealth features PIR insulation for energy efficiency and a ventilation system with heat recovery, maintaining a comfortable indoor climate in any season. The entire setup is designed for one-day installation, though land preparation may vary by location.

Starting at €38,000 (about $44,300), the M1 Stealth is remarkably affordable for a high-end European tiny home. Even fully equipped with all optional extras, the price only rises to €42,900 ($50,000).
