This is pinoy favorite merienda, the classic EGG PIE. Its is so easy to make and very delicious and creamy.

Ingredients
for the crust
2c apf
1/2c butter
3tbsp cold water
1 eggyolk
1/8tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

for the filling
4 eggs
3/4c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp calamansi
3tbsp cornstarch
1 can evaporated milk
1/4c water
