In this video we go out to an existing customer's house on a no cooling call. I haven't ever looked at the customer's AC before. I only helped him out with some other stuff related to heating. We had indoor fan operation so that let us outside to the condenser. The outdoor fan was running, but the compressor was not. I found a bad dual run capacitor on the unit. After replacing the capacitor, we fired the unit and I noticed that it wasn't feeling right. I hooked up my Sporlan Smart Service Kit to the unit and noticed that it was low on refrigerant. I ended up adding 2.5 pounds of R-410A to the unit. I recommended a leak search on the unit. Thanks for watching.
