chiller, not cooling/starting capacitor DEFECTIVE .
this video is about the chiller not cooling & how to troubleshoot it, and how to repair it.
when we start the unit its getting start & compressor makes heat & not get started. but the condenser cooling fan and any others all are working properly. while we checking found starting capacitor got damaged .because of the compressor not starting. after replacing the capacitor compressor start normally also the temperature decrease until it is set temperature 2.5.

We will check the hi-limit thermostat, operating thermostat, cycling thermostat, timer, and other general issues common to candy brand washers & dryers, not heating.
The candy washer & dryer won't heat.
