In this video is how we do testing commissioning and operation for Jinowa VRF system Air Conditioner. For the first I am going to show you is the inside the outdoor unit. There are 4 board in the outdoor unit. The big one is the main board. The two small board above is the compressor board and the two low board is for the fan. Than is the connection of the power supply A B C N. A B & C is phase and N is the neutron. Here is the connection table you can read on the catalog also. The power supply is supply from the main board to the compressor board and than go to compressor. This Jinowa use inverter compressor and it is Hitachi compressor. The power supply to compressor is use 140~400 volt DC. It is for adjustable speed. This Jinowa VRF it has two compressor combine in only one outdoor unit. Some are use only one depending on the capacity. Also it have two fan too.
This time we have to test the continuity. To make sure the power supply is not wrong phase. After that we have to test power supply is it enough 380 Volt or not. Than Phase to N is it 220 volt or not?
Than we have to check the phase of the outdoor unit. Is the phase is correct on not by the tool one call the phase checker. If the tool show wrong we have to reconnect all power supply. After that we have to check the valve of the piping is it fully open or not.
Than we have to test address setting to let the outdoor unit can communicate with the indoor unit. This Jinowa VRF system requirement to add refrigerant R410a. Now our installer prepare to add the refrigerant into the system. They have to connect pressure gauge to the suction pipe of the compressor. One tank of the refrigerant is equal to 11 kg of the refrigerant. After add refrigerant into the system. All the system is work well. Now it is time to check the Ampere and Pressure. The check that the ampere and the pressure. Is it work correctly or not.
