Villa Tulum, designed by NOIZ architekti in 2022, is a 216-square-meter retreat located in the forests of Tulum, Mexico. Elevated above the terrain for natural ventilation and topped with concrete beams that invite sea breezes, the villa is carefully adapted to the humid, sun-filled climate. Its design blurs the line between indoors and outdoors with glass sliding walls, a spacious covered terrace, and an open connection to both a forest zone and a Caribbean garden. Functional elements are hidden in a central stone core, while features like a swimming pool and a rooftop yoga platform in the tower enhance the home’s balance of comfort, leisure, and harmony with nature.
