Korter asub Tallinna kesklinnas vaikses Luite asumis. Korteril on eraldi sissepääs ja avar rõdu. Tasuta parkimine tänaval. Kütteks on õhk vesi küte mis on mugav ja ökonoomne viimane talvine kommunaalarve oli 120 EUR.

Lepingu sõlmimisel tuleb tasuda:
* esimese kuu üür 500€
* tagatisraha 500€; (kui sõlmida leping rendin.co kaudu siis tagatise asemel tuleb maksta igakuiselt 2.5% kindlustust)

Квартира расположена в центре Таллинна в тихом районе Луйте. Квартира имеет отдельный вход и просторная терасса. Бесплатная парковка на улице. Отопление воздушное водяное, что удобно и экономично, прошлой коммунальны счет за Декабрь был 120 евро
При заключении договора необходимо оплатить:
* первый месяц аренды 500€
* залог 500 евро; (если договор заключается через rendin.co, то вместо гарантии каждый месяц нужно платить 2,5% страховки)

The apartment is located in the center of Tallinn in a quiet location in Luite. The apartment has a separate entrance and a spacious balcony. Free parking on the street. Heating is air water heating which is convenient and economical last winter utility was 120 EUR.

Upon concluding the contract, the following must be paid:
* first month's rent 500 €
* deposit € 500 ; (if the contract is concluded through rendin.co then instead of the guarantee you have to pay 2.5% of the insurance every month)
* commission 500€
