I bought a bank repossessed property in the Spanish Olive Groves without viewing it. This was due to the amazing location and knowing that the property was soon available for anyone to view, which it hadn’t been for years, I wanted to ensure that the house was mine. I was extremely surprised at the good condition of the property.

In this series, I will be documenting the entire renovation process, from initial viewing to it being the home of my dreams. Expect to pick up tips about setting up home in Spain, meeting locals and builders and how I manage a project like this.
