Compressors for industrial chillers:
It is the heart of the whole chiller core, and its quality is enough to affect the quality of a machine, even the length of its service life. The compressor is the power source to ensure refrigeration. The compressor is used to increase the refrigeration pressure in the system, so that the refrigerant circulates in the refrigeration system to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. There are three common types of Compressors: open type, semi closed type and fully closed type. Industrial water chiller equipment is generally frozen water, 0 ℃ above the chiller is using a fully enclosed compressor, if the frozen water in 0 ℃ below the low temperature chiller is using a semi enclosed compressor, and open type is generally used in the refrigerant is ammonia refrigeration system.
Condenser of industrial water chiller:
It is a high temperature and high pressure Freon of the refrigeration system, which enters the condenser after it comes out of the compressor, releases a lot of heat to the cooling medium and is cooled and liquefied. There are three common categories: water-cooled, air-cooled, evaporation and water pouring. We mainly talk about water-cooled condenser, in which the heat of refrigerant discharge will be taken away by cooling water. Cooling water can flow through at one time or recycled. When circulating water is used, cooling water tower or cold water tank is required. The water-cooled condenser is composed of shell and tube type, casing type and immersion type.
Evaporator of industrial chiller:
When the liquid Freon of the refrigeration system enters the expansion valve and is sent to the evaporator, it belongs to the vaporization process. At this time, it needs to absorb a lot of heat to gradually reduce the temperature of the medium to be cooled, so as to achieve the effect of cooling. According to the types of cooling medium, there are two kinds: evaporator for cooling liquid (water) and evaporator for cooling air.
Expansion valve of industrial water chiller:
It is a throttling and depressurizing component, which reduces the condensation pressure of refrigerant to evaporation pressure. Therefore, it is an essential component in the refrigeration system. It is also known as the four major components of the refrigeration system together with compressor, evaporator, condenser.

Maintenance knowledge of industrial chiller:
Clean the condenser / evaporator of the chiller. It is recommended that the chiller should be cleaned once every half a year.
