The power supply here came in inoperable from an American semiconductor fab. Noah Precision's Peltier junction power supplies, like the one in this video, are used to run extremely accurate cooling systems in semiconductor fabs, known as chillers, which are used to keep precise temperatures for many of the tools used to make the semiconductors.

This specific chiller power supply came in after having shorted its outputs, and needed to be fully rebuilt. We then tested the power supply on our own chiller, to be sure everything was in working order.
