Was your septic tank installed before 1983?

If so, how do all the new septic tank rules and regulations affect you?

If it was, your septic tank must now have an EN12566 certificate.

There are 3 ways to get this certificate

Option 1) When you come to sell your house, lower the house price by £15,000 so the people buying your house can put a new septic tank system in.

Option 2) Pay a company £12,000 - £15,000 to install a new septic tank system for you.

Option 3) Save £12,000 and install a septic tank converter.
