When an Office Building Got Too Hot… We Redesigned Its Skin

A commercial office tower in the city center had a familiar problem:
The west-facing wall was turning into a heat trap every afternoon. Glare was brutal. Temperatures near the windows soared. Employees complained. Tenants threatened to leave. The flat composite panels looked tired and outdated. The building had no texture, no shading, no style.

As a curtain wall builder, I offered a full ventilated perforated panel solution.
