In this detailed tutorial, we diagnose and repair an outdoor AC fan that wasn’t running, even though the compressor and PCB were working normally. Many AC units fail due to fan-related issues, so today we trace the fault step by step and fix it properly.

After powering the system, the compressor started, voltage was present at the PCB, and relay signals were active — yet the outdoor fan did not spin. Error 39 (indoor fan motor error) also appeared, but it wasn’t related to the outdoor issue.
