She shares with John how they keep their authenticity of Korean culture without localizing the menu and yet managed to keep their products Muslim friendly to Malaysia via halal certified suppliers. Low Chooi Hoon also explains to the team how they incentivize their store managers to be entrepreneurs and empowers them keep the business running.
