Need a hand linking your Ecodan air source heat pump system to your Alexa device?
Our short video guides you through the setup process so you can start controlling your heating with simple voice commands today.

Step 1

Scan our QR code (in the video) to download the Alexa Skill for MELCloud and log into your Amazon account.

Step 2

Login to MELCloud to link your accounts.

Step 3

Select ‘Yes, Allow’ to enable Alexa to access your MELCloud devices.

Step 4

Switch back to the Alexa app, and select ‘Devices’.

Then select ‘Skills & Games’.

Select ‘Your Skills’.

MELCloud is now enabled.

Step 5

Select ‘Settings’ to view more details about your devices.

Now you can take control of your home heating with the power of just your voice.
