Weld tests on two Fronius cladding systems, FCB column and booms with FPA 9000 controller, both units fitted with ETR-S endless torch rotation hot wire TIG head for internal ID, or rotating turntable for larger OD applications.
One system is fitted with TransTIG TT450 power source and hot wire Transpocket 1500 dual, the other a TransTIG 5000 power source with TransTIG 2200 hot wire power source.
Manning 50kva pre heat units are included in both systems along with water chillers and vertical and horizontal slides.
