20200213 155441 - 2/13/2020 - This was mold inside the walls from the long history of water issues this building experiences. The wall was opened up due to a Sewer leak. Ironically, there were cuts into the drywall which indicated the maintenance was aware of the issue, and failed to notice residents. The water was shut off and sewage allowed to seep and sit for nearly 24 hours after all was said and done. We experience water shut offs without notification at least once a month. Can't wait to get out of here. @TheReal IvyCrossing
