The client was experiencing rust and scaling in their lines. The rust and scale was falling off the pipe and clogging the coils in the chiller., causing it to shut down and not be in service. The client looked into replacing the lines, but the line went under a road and the cost would have been astronomical. After calling a number of companies that could not help them, they found APS to clean and epoxy coat their lines to help stop the rust from clogging their chillers and shutting down their HVAC system.
