Pipe Doctor, Bosch Thermotechnology, SupplyHouse.com & WebStone a Nibco company collaborated together to donate the equipment, material and labor to install a Greenstar combi to a US Military Family with a Defective Navien NCB that was only 6 years old! Why did the Navien NCB fail? Well, @Navien Inc. claims it was improperly installed - yet their own installation specifications contradicts their denial of warranty! Shame on @Navien Inc.
