用途：市面上的凝固点测量装置，价格在2万至10万元不等，且无法移动，体积庞大。我们的课题目的在于填补这一空缺，在便携、性能、准确度之间做出平衡，研制出几款不同式样的满足各档性能需求的小型半导体制冷器。当此课题产品投入使用后，可大大减少现场筛查餐饮业或其他特种汽油的困难程度，现场检测，如发现异常可取样带回实验室进一步检测；同时，现场检测也可以覆盖更多饭店等餐饮场所，不必抽检后带回实验室集中筛查，减轻实验室工作压力，同时可以加强对抱有侥幸心理的不合格餐饮部门的震慑作用，具有较高的社会效益。
