Air source gas-engine heat pump (GEHP) is an air-conditioning system that uses a gas engine to drive the compressor and realizes cooling in summer and heating in winter through the principle of compression heat pump circulation. The difference between the gas heat pump air conditioning system and the electric heat pump air conditioning system is that the electric heat pump air conditioning system is driven by an electric motor, while the gas heat pump air conditioning system is driven by a gas engine. The indoor unit and other operations of GEHP are the same as those of the electric heat pump air conditioning system, and there is no phenomenon of gas burning in the room. However, due to the different power sources of the two heat pumps, the gas heat pump air conditioning system has many advantages over the electric air conditioning system.
