The International Mendeleev Olympiad for Schoolchildren in Chemistry (IMChO) is one of the largest competitions for high school students, uniting the winners of national Olympiad tournaments from around the world. This is the only subject Olympiad that UNESCO equates in status with the International Olympiad for Schoolchildren in Chemistry. Since 2019, along with the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, co-organizers of the IMChO are the Andrey Melnichenko Charitable Foundation and the EuroChem company. In 2022, the Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions (Republic of Uzbekistan) acted as the host of IMChO-56. LIVE: 10:00 (+05:00 GMT)
